Customer Support Agent - R100 per hour - Pretoria ( REMOTE )

CDSoft needs someone on a part time basis - 2 hours per day - to respond to messages from clients. A full time role is available for the right person. The role is fully remote, but there is a meeting in person in Brooklyn, Pretoria twice a month. Travel costs will be paid by CDSoft. You will need a laptop and a smart phone to test the system to ensure its working well for customers. The role involves logging into the support portal, responding to messages, processing payments and refunds, issuing documents and making sure the system is functioning correctly. You will need to monitor the system to ensure its working correctly and that customers are happy with the service they receive. Follow up with customers who do not complete their orders via email. Experience in customer support is essential. Experience with the Recruitment industry or a strong interest and desire to learn is beneficial.
